You are responsible for shipping your flowers to us within 7 days of your event, and covering all shipping fees to us.
We will cover shipping fees on all orders back to you.
If your flowers are insufficiently packaged or shipped to the incorrect address or lost during shipping you are fully liable for the loss or damage of your flowers.
SENDING YOUR BOUQUET TO US
If you would like to include the Grooms button hole or any bridesmaids flowers please send them along too and we will incorporate them into your design or you could choice to use the bridesmaids flowers just in the smaller frames Just let us know your preference 😁
- Before your Wedding or Event please make sure you have a box big enough to hold your Flowers and extra space for paper packaging material to cushion the flowers
- As soon after your wedding/ event please place your flowers in a cardboard box in a fridge ( NOT a Freezer) firstly wrap your stem ends in wet tissue and place a zip bag or similar over the ends of your stems only ( do not let plastic touch your flowers )this is to keep the tissue moist and in place
- As soon as you are able to post your bouquet to me, firstly re moisture the stem ends using wet tissue and then pad out the postage box with tissue or News paper this is to stop the bouquet moving around so the petals do not get bruised. Place you bouquet in the box along with a piece of paper stating your name address / email and date of event. And the colours and design you would like for each of your canvas pictures
- To Post you Flowers to me.I recommend using Royal Mail 1st class tracked 24 which depending on the size and weight of the box could be around £10 – £15
- I will confirm receipt of your flowers as soon as I receive them so that you know they have arrived safely. I will also confirm your requirements for designs etc.
- Allow up to 6-7 weeks for your precious flowers to be Transformed into a stunning piece of Art. It will then be sent to you for you to treasure forever.
- I will send you the Address details via email once your booking has been confirmed.
Reserve your space with a DEPOSIT
