Upon payment of deposit or full order you do so with the agreement of our terms and conditions.

We will work with the flowers in the condition that they were received unless they are absolutely non usable then we will contact you with a picture for you to see the condition. Your order will be cancelled. You can choose to pay for your flowers to be returned or we will have to compost them.

I understand that once my flowers are received by Harmony Floralart if I decide to cancel the order any money paid is no longer refundable

I agree to package my flowers according to the instructions provided

I understand that I will receive my finished piece approx 4 – 6 weeks after i have sent the flowers to Harmony Floralart. I understand that this time frame can be moderately shorter or longer
